In House Assessment

About IHA...

The main difference that we had between the previous in house assessments and this internship's in house assessment was the duration, funding and deliverables required. As much as we wanted to provide our interns with an industry level project, they would generally have other commitments and find it difficult to complete our in house assessments.

As such, this internship features only one in house assessment, spanning across 4 weeks, with lesser deliverables and an increased funding of $200.

​

We gave them a simple task: To brand Crocs with 3 different themes, with the overarching tagline of "Covered for all Occasions"

​

Within 4 weeks, our interns had to:

  • Write up a short brief about the brand and the 3 concepts pertaining
    to the deliverables

  • Create social media marketing and concept for the product

  • Prepare a shooting schedule as well as storyboard and shotlist for the shoot

  • Execute a photo and video shoot with the product

  • Create a social media calendar

  • Edit their product and lifestyle photos

  • Edit a video reel for each theme

  • Create a series of Instagram posts

  • Consolidate all designs into a pitch deck
